wheel shimmy

Heres the deal. I had to use a can of fix-a-flat yesterday to reinflate a dead tire. This morning (after a night of below 0 temps) my car had a serious shimmy in the wheel for about the first 20 minutes of driving. After the car seemed to really warm up, the shimmy went away. Could this have been an effect of the fix-a-flat freezing on one side of the tire throwing it out of balance???
