pcv problems i just dont get..

hello, i have a stock b230f with an m47. the car has great even compression(185psi on all four give or take 2-4psi). the oil trap, flame trap, all three hoses and the oil cap seal have all been replaced. the nipple is clean. but i still get oil seepage past the oil cap seal, and it just about blows the cap off during the cap test. what else should i look at? my rear main is leaking.. could that cause vacuum loss?
