Comments about the 1989 model year 200 1989

It still amazes me as to how many 240s from the late '80s are commanding semi-premium prices if they have been maintained accordingly. They hold their value very well, unlike the other models in the Volvo family. If I see any 760 from 1989 (which is not too often), I find that they are always priced $500-$1000 lower than the average 240. Maybe it's because 760s aren't cult cars?
