Do I *need* a control module? 900 1994

I'd take the advice of previous post saying, "The first thing I would do is replace the fuel pump relay, crank sensor and then the radio suppression relay (fuel injection relay). "

This has always been my problem with symtoms your 940 is showing. Any of those part should be no more than $50.00 (usually less). Radio suppression is under hood, fuel relay inside behind ash tray and crank sensor about 10 O'clock (passsenger side) on bell house where meets engine (best reached across rear of engine standing on drivers side using flat 10mm open end ratchet). THREADS ON ALUMINUM BELL HOUSING STRIP EASILY, SO DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN.
