Any noticeable handling differences between 185/70/14 and 195/60/15? 200

Anyone care to comment on the differences in handling and ride quality in a 240 sedan when comparing the original 185/70/14 tires that came as standard equipment, with 195/60/15 as used on the Virgo wheel? I like the ride comfort of the 70 series tire, but would like to use a set of 15" Virgos on my car if the ride quality isn't compromised a great deal. Thanks.
