Tubing Wrench Sizes for Clutch 120-130

Does anyone happen to know the size of the tubing wrenches I'll need to get take off the line that goes from the clutch master cylinder to the bracket for the clutch hose? It looks like 13mm is on the clutch master side and 12mm is on the bracket side where it meets the line to the slave. I was under the impression that the car used American sizes, but the 1/2 will not fit on the 13mm side.
