J type overdrive speedometer drives 444-544

I have a Laycock J type overdrive from a '70's 140 in my PV. The speedo drive gear is shot. Volvo has replacements which have a black 20 tooth gear. My gear is green with 22 teeth. Does anyone have an idea where this gear may have come from or more importantly, where a replacement might be available?
