1989 740: 231-221-213-232 code issue 700 1989

This is for a 1989 740GL with 108,000 miles.

I have been tracing a "check engine" problem for a while now and have been through the FAQ and am lost at this time.

The codes that are coming up are:
231- too lean: air leaks, low fuel pressure, bad sensor
221- Lean; air leak; low fuel pressure; bad AMM
213- Wiring fault to TPS or TPS failure
232- If too rich: high fuel press., leaking injector

I have changed out the AMM and verified that it is functioning properly.
New plugs an wires.
I have cleaned out the throttle body...
I have changed out and adjusted the TPS.
Checked Fuel Regulator.

When I clear the codes I get the same ones back in an instant but if I clear the codes and leave the TPS unplugged I do not get any codes. I have replaced the TPS and think the switch is OK and adjusted properly. What should I be doing next?

Thanks
