interesting fuel consumption... 200

So I finally got new tires on the 'ol tank! I was hoping to improve gas mileage as i was already getting 23-25 mpg in town and 25-28 on the highway. but NO, my car decides to do the opposite! The last two times i have filled up (just ove half a tank) I got about 150-175 miles on, which averaged about twenty to 22.5 mpg! EEeeekk! I know the only known suspension problem that was found was a bad strut on the front drivers side, so the shop could not ste the camber. But could this one issue really kill my mileage? Sadly the strut has to wait another month or two, but other than that there are no immediate repairs that need to take place.

Any thoughts? Thanks!
