122 SU Carb rebuild/ Minilite -Rims 120-130

I'm in the process of restoring a 69 122S, my first Volvo. I have a handle on most things I need, but would like some advice on a couple of things.

One is where to find Volvo wheels (non stock). I'm thinking of a minilite type design rather than "star" type. New or Used. Any advice on places to consider. Also which years/models use the same bolt pattern.

The car has a B20 engine, with dual SU's. I have been around cars for 20 years, but have never touched a carb. How difficult is it to rebuild a pair of carbs with a manual? Is it best left to a pro? The last time I left a set at a Brit car repair place they were still sitting in a box 6 months later...so I'm considering doing the rebuild myself.

I had originlly considered going straight to a high perf head, supercharger and Weber, but now think that I will possibly build a second motor in future.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
