m410 fluid 1800 1967

Different manuals give a fairly wide variety of options with the
most common being SAE 20 and SAE 30 motor oil.
That is a pretty early car to have an M410! Far as I know the M410
first came out with the 164 in 1969. Does it work OK?
(They are famous for noisy bearings after about 100,000 miles.)
