Late model 444? 444-544 1958

Hi all, can any one decipher the information on the (hopefully) attached photo of a tag off a 444 I am looking at?
The car has what looks to be a B16(b?) dual SU4s and reportedly a 3sp trans. (though I suspect a 4spd) Fairly rust free from what I can see (on 4 flats) and has sat for some years.
Complete - but has some dents/scrapes, interior and headliner gone. glass and instruments intact.
Any ideas as to the worth of such a thing?

Cheers & TIA!
