Penta B20 140-160

Some time ago I've asked the same question a while ago to a classic Volvo parts shop in Scandinavia, and the answer was that the cam and the water ports are different. My question was regarding using a reconditioned, lead-free Penta head on a B20. The short answer is that they are too different to match. So fitting the whole Penta will/might work, but at least the head gasket is different to allow for different cooling.
