Rought idle right at start up 200

We finally hit cold weather in the NJ, 10 deg mornings. I never have a prblem starting, or running, but intermittantly my 240 will rough idle for about 20 or 30 seconds, then clear up.

My guess is either the IAC or the cold start valve. I read the FAQ, but is there a way to figure out which or other could be the cause Both the components are expensive to just buy and replace.

this weekend I plan to go the pick and pull and see if i can find an IAC and clean and verify and swap out.

Any one have luck with salvage cold start valves?

I know my TB is clean, im religious about that. as is normal tune up stuff. Also did the manifold gasket last year. thanks
