brake rotor not balanced? 700

To reput my question... I have a little wobble shimmy at speed. I have new tires & wheels dynamially balanced, new strut inserts, top bearing and strut support bushings and ipd antisway bar w/ urethane bushings. My left vented rotor has a cutout about 2" long on the outer edge of the rotor. Meanwhile the right side rotor has only a .5 inch cutout of the rim of the vented rotor. Is this common? Could the leftside rotor cause a little unbalance or shimmy?
