Coolant leak below upper radiator hose connection 900 1992

Hi Bricksters
I seem to have a leak at the radiator at the place below the upper hose connection point. Does this mean that this radiator is done for good ?? I've had this radiator(Nissens brand) for only 3 years. I was expecting atleast 5 yrs of this one. My guess is the record low temps in East coast did it in. I had hooked up a low-coolant idiot light just last year and had educated wife.gov about it(she denies it though). But since the light I hooked it up was the traction light she kind of forgot about it and drove the car around thinking that the light was on because of the icy conditions.

BTW I am using volvo-green coolant in this thing.

Thanks
Naveen
