The 240 seat will not fit -- it's completely different.

When I sold my last 940 wagon, I removed the seat to put it in my new 940 wagon. The color didn't match my interior, so I continued to keep my eye open for one that did match. I bought one on ebay, and the shipping was under $30 if I remember correctly.

I now have two complete seats with belts and hardware sitting in my basement: one is tan, the other is black. I'd gladly sell one for $50 plus actual UPS shipping cost.
