sagging vinyl on Door panels S90-V90 1997

Hello, I just bought a 97 s90. I love the car and it is in great shape except the vinyl on the door panels is coming loose and is sagging in certain areas. Has anyone tried to repair this before, it seems common oin 960 & S90's. Could I remove the panels, spray some adhesive under the vinyl and stretch the vinyl back in to place.
