Trouble with 122 automatic 120-130

Typically bushing (20) wears out and/or might even fall out completely...this allows the shifter to flop around in the breeze and obviously not select gears so good any more...I'd check for this condition first...I don't know if replacement bushings are still available, but when it last happened to me, I used a piece of (from meomory 3/4" ID) heater hose very effectively (possibly just one of the reasons I love my Volvo(s)!)...(hint: A witness mark on the selector will allow exact reassembly after you remove the clamp (25) to install the bushing.
