I was cleaning my IAC, and measured resistance across the two pins, came up with 7 ohms. Bentley says 8 is the spec. Should I replace?

I have had intermittance rough idles right at start up on cold days, but no trouble running after 2 seconds or so. Thats what made me decide to clean and check.
