Headlight wattage question. 200 1988

Ok, Volvo recommends 60/55W 9004 headlights. I ordered some 9004's off eBay for a reasonable price. I told the lady selling them if they were the correct wattage (60/55W), she told me they were, so I bought them. Today I received them, they 9004's but the wattage is 100/80W. Has anyone had problems with higher wattage bulbs? Will it blow my relay? etc? This is the second pair of bulbs I've ordered off eBay. First pair were 55/45W so I returned then, if I can help it I'd rather not have to pay again to ship them back. Thanks.
