240 Trailer Hitch Torque Specs? 200

I installed a boneyard Draw-Tite receiver-type hitch (3500 lbs capacity) on my 86 245. I'm wondering what the torque specs are -- I'm not having any luck with any of the manuals I have since this is an aftermarket thing.

There are the two large bolts that go down through the unibody frame rail from the inside. There is a captive nut. 1st, what's the torque spec on this? 2nd, using the same bolt from under the car, it takes a spacer, then the hitch attaches via a nut and lock washer. Same spec?

There are also 4 other smaller bolts (15mm heads) that attach, 2 on each side near the rear where the bumper shocks mount. What are those specs?

I hate to go FT on all this, simply because it is the link for anything that might be towed and these will already be stressed. I'd also hate to not have them tight enough for the same reason.

Thanks in advance.
