Alternator 700 1988

I have noticed that even though the alternatorbelt is tight, it is bouncing.
I suspect that the alt. bearings are bad(239000 miles). Does anyone agree with this diagnosis?
The pulley has the edges of all the blades broken off(I can only imagine the noise the PO heard when that happened).
I want to either buy a rebuilt alt, or get this one rebuilt. Is there a place to get a pulley other than the junkyard?
I have not had any luck with my local junkyard having Volvo parts. Anyone know of a good pick and pull near Clearwater or Port Richey, FL?
