Stumbling & Stalling after WOT 140-160 1970

Well, not that you mention it.....
The tank vent hose that went to the charcoal canister was capped off when all of the evap equipment was removed (doh!)
It has the Locking Volvo gas cap on it, which I AssUMed was vented.
I took the stopper off the vent hose. Ill open up the throttle agian in a few days once the weather lets up and see if that did it.

I flushed out the fuel tank this summer by hooking up an electric fuel pump to the fuel line in the engine compartment (IE, I tied it in where the mechanical pump does), then from the electric pump to a gas can via a clear tube. Fuel delivery though the clear tube was constant and didnt have any gunk or pine needles in it. So I think Im good as far a restrictions in the delivery up to the pump goes.
I have a spare NOS pump on a box, so Ill bolt that on next.

Thanks,
Dave.
