Car has 232K on it.

This car runs very well for its age and mileage. Much to my surprise, it runs even better than my 90 244!!

Here is the lowdown:

Interior is very good to excellent. No tears in the leather.

Exterior is very good except for small faded spot in hood.

Mechanically, first the good - It runs great. No leaks I could see. Smooth and powerful drivetrain.

The bad - Small leak in rear muffler. Tires marginal. A/C seems to need a recharge. Compressor does turn on, however.

This car was owned from 40k by a local mechanic. My occasional mechanic is selling it for him as he is out at sea.

My question to you guys - he will sell it for $1250 including an A/C recharge. Is this still too much for a car with 232K??

Also, do the 93's have the oil squirters used to cool the pistons? There seems to be a little bit of discrepancy in the BB whether they started with the 93 or 94 models.
