940 Relays 900 1992

I have read dozens of forums and none talk about the relay that i am not sure what it does.
the issue i am having is on a 1992 940Turbo. the headlights/fog lights aren't working, only the parking lights and the high beams.
i've replaced the head light switch, still no fix. the infamous headlight relay with the letter K on it seems to be the relay that works the High beams considering everytime i turn the high beams on the K relay makes a clicking sound.
the relay in question is in the 2nd row of relays from the front fracing the front seat, 2nd relay from the left(right of the fuel injection relay(white)).this orange relay is volvo part number 9130171. the volvo dealer said it works the fog lights and other sources say it's called the main light relay. but why is everyone talking about the relay with the K on it as the headlight relay?

any suggestions or experience with this orange relay? or any ideas as to where i can buy it b/c volvo said it was back ordered.

and why is there no diagram of the relays in either the owners manual or the haynes?

thanks
Christian
