Front oil seal replacement 200

So next week I'll be replacing my water-pump, and all belts since I'll be in that area. Figured while I'm down there might as well replace the three front oil seals.
Just looking for advice on techniques to get the new seals in place.

I hear the cam seal is the biggest pita. i also hear 3" PVC tube & a piece of soda can shaped to the diameter of the cam arm, to seat the inside seal lip.And a healthy amount of oil or grease to make it go easier. Engine oil or lithium grease?

Any help regarding this somewhat difficult task? Will the PVC/soda-can plan work? Thanks. FYI- 230F Engine.
