740 acceleration problem-still 700


This one looks to have had a new wiring harness. The wires on the starter and temp senders aren't crumbling, and the all the others that I can see look fine. The only crumbling wires I've found are at the radio supression relay and one other relay on the other side of the engine bay.

The car hesitates in neutral when revving just the way it does while under load.
