240 Turbo: balky warm starts 200 1984

The symptom is almost like vapor lock on a carbureted car: when warm and sitting for a while, restart is difficult and will run briefly then quit like its starving for fuel. Enough cranks and nursing the throttle will eventually get it started. Cold starts are immediate and so are hot starts when immediately restarting. Ignition, filters and hoses all up to snuff.

Any ideas? Have heard on 240 turbos, the "fuel accumulator" may be the problem.

Thanks

Robert
