Directional brakes? 140-160

My 145 brakes are silly. Now I revently bought the car in a sad state, so expect anything to be wrong. When I reverse the brakes are fine, actually nice and sharp as they are supposed to be. But when I go forward the brakes are soft as if they need a bleed. A friend and I did bleed it recently, but the problem is still there. When cold the brakes also squeel like mad until I'm down the road and then they are fine all day.

Any ideas? I'm thinking maybe the pads have a leading edge, or maybe a leading caliper is stuck causing the pads to pivit when the wheel is turning in one direction but not the other. But the brakes are well ballanced and does not pull to any side at all.
