No start but get horn & lights S90-V90

Hi,

I had an intermittant problem with the alarm going on even while driving. Lights flashing and horn blowing. I'm living with the 'short term'solution of keeping that fuse pulled. The real solution is I think a relay located under the center console- way up front sort of under the ashtray with I think the #28 on it. I had the console out once before to replace the shift indicator light and it was a PITA so I don't want to spend my time on it...not worth it to me. Some time in the past I posted the helpful hints on center console. If I can find them easily enough I'll post back here and give the link.
