Jarrod: -> ENTRY for FAQ: Headliner 700

Hello Jarrod,

1st: I don't want to take credit for this entry as someone else discovered this tip. However, I just completed the 5 minute repair of a sagging headliner without replacement and think it may be worthy of entering in to the FAQ.

TIP: There was a post from someone stating that:

"You could buy upholstery pins from Walmart to be used to keep a sagging headliner in place. These little pins have a clear plastic head attached to a metal pin shaped like a corkscrew (looks like a metal pigtail) and cost about $1.5 for 8. I needed 10 pins to suspend the headliner where the rear passengers sit and it only took 5 minutes to screw them in (P.S.they go in easily & securely to the fiber board)."

It is much faster to do this than spend a weekend pulling the headliner. The resulting appearance is good and only makes the ceiling look a bit like a sofa cushion....a good compromise in my books.

Thanks to the original poster, the BB and Jarod for your help over the years,

Tim
