1992 240 5 speed wagon squeeling when releasing clutch in 1st ? ?

hello all.. I'm new here... just came across this site... I LOVE the volvo 240 wagons and have had quite a few ..especially the 5 SPEEDS :) .. I have a black 92 wagon 5 speed - got it recently needing a trans and some work - interior - front end was worn and rusted ...had the trans put in and new shifter bushings, tie rod ends, ball joints, control arms , all bushings up front - was told the rear susp is worn also : ( ... but I am getting a squeeling noise when releasing the clutch mainly taking off from 1st gear ???? any help with this ?? 1 mechanic I know that heard it said the throw out bearing ?? but someone else told me if that were the case it makes noise when pressing the clutch pedal IN ... not releasing it ?? any input would be great ... also anyone know a good shop that can do the rear subframe bushings ?? the rear is sagging and I know some of the bushings are worn, esp the sub frames and I hear some noises back there when taking off....

thanks ..
