740 Instrument Panel all LIT UP! 700 1990

I was driving home on the Jersey Turnpike earlier today. I heard a little noise in the back of my car (kinda like a stone hitting the undercarriage), and the next thing I look up and my whole instrument panel was all lit up!

I stopped the car to see if there was any noticeable damage, but I couldn't find anything amiss. The car seems to be running just fine, but all the lights are on (Brake, Parking Brake, Service etc..) I don't know what exactly happened?!

I'm not very good with cars, so all the help I can get would be appreciated...
Also,if someone could recommend a good Volvo mechanic in the Westchester area of New York? I'm living in Mt. Vernon, and working in White Plains, so anything in and around those areas would be great..
