2 miles per year average? 120-130 1967

Well, you might be correct about it not being a restoration, and I hope for the sake of the bidders on the auction that I am wrong and you are correct. Like I said, I'm not an expert on these vintage cars, and I didn't spot the original tires in the pictures.

But a few things are fishy about it. I see paint drips in a couple of the pictures. On the license plate bracket for example. The gas cap appears to have a brighter green color showing through. These could be accounted for by shortcomings of the photos I guess....

In any case, it's the 80 mile odo that I'm objecting to. The engine doesn't look new, even accounting for its having sat for so long. The air filters look dirty, not just dusty.

The sellers say the car has no previous owner, that it's brand new and has never been sold or registered. And though the pedals don't look overly worn, they don't look new either. The driver door has some wear on the edge, as if it's been opened and closed a few hundred times. There are some small nicks on the exterior in a few of the pictures. Where are the wipers? These are not things you'd expect from a car that has never been driven.
