Is trunk lock part of central locking on a '90? Can it be hooked in? 200

'90 244, a.k.a. Junior

I have a question (yes, another one) as to whether or not Junior has the trunk hooked into central locking?

My '86 was hooked in, but I only had one key for it.

Junior has a valet key, which is supposed to prohibit access to the trunk. Therefore, if the trunk was hooked in, it would partially negate the purpose of the valet key. Therefore, the trunk shouldn't be hooked in...

Survey says?

Also, if it isn't hooked in, is there a way to hook it in - in my line of work, being able to lock/unlock it from the front door does have some serious advantages, especially when my hands are full.

Thanks for any help!

I think I can, I think I can, I think I can get Junior on the road!

My '84 244, Peter, I never got to drive. I robbed him to fix Paul, '86 244, which I drove for 2 years. Now Paul is a holey saint, passing on his good parts to Paul Junior, '90 244, which I have yet to drive. I'm good friends with a car jokingly referred to as Mary, '90 245, as she looks like a very pregnant sedan, and completes the PPM trilogy. I also helped my parents purchase a '90 745, currently unnamed, and needing more and more TLC to get it back to prime.
