If there are other Volvo owners in your community (including vintage PV models)
you always have the opportunity to start a new chapter of VCOA -- the information is printed in each issue of Rolling Magazine. It is possible that
you are not aware of potential members, but if you have your new chapter listed
in Rolling, you might be pleasantly surprized by the response ... The other
option is to join Volvo Sports America, which is geared more to the older cars
like PV, l800 etc. cheers--volvodick
