90-240 knock in front end when turn from stopped. Need just a little help.

I thought perhaps it was a loose wheel bearing because thats all that I could find that was loose. I adjusted the bearing. I still have the knock.

The knock is coming from the passenger side of the car, and occurs, most reliably, when Im just starting out and wheel is turned radically to the left.
Ive been under the car.

Had the car in the air. My wife turned the wheel back and forth, but I didnt see anything loose. I pried up on the tire. Nothing. I pulled on the tired. Thats when I discovered the loose bearing. But, still the knock.

Could someone tell me how I can reliably troubleshoot this?

Thanks

Lawrence
