I had my own driveshaft issues when I put an M41 in my 220. I know the shafts better by diameter and am unsure which type is what diameter.

I'm guessing that a type 1 is the 1.75" diameter shaft and the 2" diameter shaft is type 2 or 3?

Then there are the different size output shaft diameters and splines for the D and J type M41s...

Care to elaborate for the sake of posterity?
