Abbey is back! 120-130

The body shop did a nice job on her with an incredibly good color match. Work was done at a mom and pop shop in Kensington, MD. They have done a half dozen repair jobs for us over the past 15 years and all have come out better than expected.

Sad day after hitting a deer.

Feeling better with a little help from my friends

Color check - New paint on hood and old paint on cowl.

Many thanks again to Karl and George for their generosity. I still need to try and get the gold VOLVO letters off the old hood and find a new nose trim piece. The body shop lost the retaining nut for the windshield washer nozzel. Hopefull that won't be too hard to find either.

I'll try to get some better pics when time allows. This is really the best the car has looked since we picked her up a few years ago. In fact, she looks so good that my better half is already insisting on going forward with both an engine and tranny overhaul. Woo hoo.

Best regards,

Joe M in WV
