How heavy is a B20? 120-130

Get some cheap casters 2 swivel 2 fixed,build an engine cart,
with 2x4's and 3/4 or1/2 ply 14x30",cut a hole in the middle
for the oil pan.Get 2 scaffold planks or similar,remove stick
shifter,roll it tail first into a volvo wagon,tie it down.
Plug it into the new Volvo fully dressed,add shifter,
Badda Boom.{your back will be fine}
2 people is safer but I have done it myself
with a low ramp angle.
