Newest 240 200 1993

I remember a few months back there was a post concerning VINs and who had or knew of the newest and oldest 240s by VIN.

My father-in-law's '93 Classic has a chassis number of 487345
If you look at the production tables at www.vlvworld.com, you see that in '93 the production started with the chassis number 478290, and in that year 11812 240s were built. That means that the last chassis number should be (provided these tables are accurate) 490102.

So my father-in-law's 240 Classic is about the 2757th last 240 built.

Incidentally it has 73485 miles on it and is in mint condition. I guess you could say I married up.
