Alternative distributor drive shaft? 120-130

The cam will be a C or A which is undesirable on an E engine.
The crank, rods, flywheel, timing gears, etc are mostly interchangeable as are
the bolts and nuts, oil pan. The head and pistons are different and the oil
pump may be a bit smaller but the rest is pretty much alike. In fact you
could bore the block to 3.5" and use it as a B20 also.
