Headliner cleaning product 200 1984

Clorox and alcohol can both harm rubber and plastics - one or twice isn't going to do much, maybe, but bleach on older stuff can make it brittle. A Mr. Clean Magic Eraser works pretty well, but the very best stuff I've found is alled "Quick N Brite". It's a dumb name, but an great mild cleaner. Kind of a pink goop (it's an enzymatic cleaner, so giving it a little time to work its biochemical magic is essential) that you dilute to various strengths. I wipe on a pretty think solution and let it sit for a half hour before wiping it off with a few "rinses" of wet rags. After that first cleaning the headliner is bright and clean, and from then on a really dilute solution with little sitting will wipe off any dirt. It also works really well on everything else in the car, too, including, surprisingly, leather. [Although the label touts it as excellent for everything in the home (which is almost true), it's not very good in dishwashers or laundry machines]. I buy it on the internet at the company's website, but I've seen it in hardware stores and k-marty places. I'm sure if you called up the company they could tell you if someone in your area carries it. For the orange junk under the visors, you might try GooGone, but wash the area with mild soapy water afterwards. GooGone is in most grocery and hardware stores, I think.
