Its really is pretty sad shape, and it only has a salvage title. Also the rear brake hubs are not on the car, and there is only one.

It was late when I posted the message, now things are a bit more clear. I was concerned that I might mess up something with the rings or cylinder walls after sitting so long. But if I can hand turn the motor then I'll just go with it.

Oh yeah, no steering wheel either. Or front seats.
