rough idle after fill up 900 1996

Hello, I have a 96 960 wagon and when I fill up it idles rough and almost stalls until I've put about 50 miles on it. It doens't do this when I just put in a few dollars of gas -- only when I fill it up. It has new plugs, coil, etc. Sure could use some help. Also, anybody know a good mechanic in Los Angeles. I've thrown a ton of money at this and don't have much left.
