why wagons? This is Why ! 700 1990

They are the best vehicles Volvo makes.

BMW has tried, they sucked at it.

Audi has tried, no thanks, they suck.

Mercedes comes close but, they really are ugly, ever see one of them things ? Sheesh, I think the German Design Engineers got too far into hashish when they designed the bodies on those beasts.

SAAB ? They look like AMC Pacers, their transmissions suck too.

Even VW Station wagons are piss poor, their SUVs are sweet though.

A Volvo is not a sports car, it is a Volvo, unlike any other car ever made, and the wagons, are the flagship of their inventory, If only the rug munching alternative lifestyle penisless females who don't enjoy a good rooting drive them, they are still great cars, us guys, we know better.

They are war wagons, tanks, tool carrying, dog carrying, band equipment toting pieces of unmistakeably Swedish lifelss art forms accented with functionality over form.
