It is confusing 120-130

I gave Rhys Kent a call last evening and after giving him all the relevant info about my engine, he feels that the upper rev "sucking back" I am feeling is due to having the Street TORQUE cam rather than the Street PERFORMANCE cam. He feels that the original "D" cam would have had more top end than the Torque cam.Has anyone else had that experience ? Would degreeing the cam and either advancing or retarding it do any good ?
