Hello, I have a neighbor that has a 87 240 and I can buy it for $500. The problem is it will not start. I talked to the lady and she said sometimes it would cut off. So, she took it to import mechanic and he replaced the ecu. It ran fine for a while and then it started cutting off again. she took it back, this time he replaced the fuel pump relay. It ran fine for a while and then started cutting off again. What do you guys think it could be, where do I start. I have two volvo's but I am not very knowledgable about 240's.
