You're right, of course, about the cars that is, not about my location. Nevertheless, last Fall I came across the remains of a Giulietta Spider Veloce in a junkyard - no engine, interior all there but pretty much mulched, and, weirdest of all, the wiring harness had been stripped out, which, IIRC, used to be the first thing that needed to be replaced, so why would anyone want it? Maybe to copy? The year before, I had a chance to drool over a Flaminia Coupé in, of all places, a Home Depot parking lot. I hung around for quite a while waiting for the owner to show up, but he/she never did, or, at least, not while I was around.
